Firstly, the tiles are listed under the 60x60 category, but the description specifies they are actually 59.5 cm. In reality, they measure just 59.2 cm. Over the span of 10–11 tiles, this small difference adds up significantly and affects alignment. Secondly, the tiles are quite fragile. While they can be cut in straight lines without issue, any attempt at L-shaped cuts almost always results in cracking. Thirdly, although these tiles are advertised as rectified—which should mean they are precisely machine-cut—they are not perfectly square. This becomes noticeable during installation and prevents a truly clean, uniform finish. On the positive side, they do look great aesthetically. However, due to the issues mentioned above, I wouldn’t recommend them.

We are very sorry to see that you are experiencing these difficulties, and want to assist in any way that we can. I can confirm that the tiles are rectified - however, if you can please send us some images showing this, and the other issues that you are reporting, we would be more than happy to look into this as a matter of urgency and with the view to resolve these problems for you. The tiles should not be fragile and should be easily cut using a diamond-tipped electronic wet-wheel cutter. If this is the type of cutter being used and you are still experiencing problems, please do not hesitate to let us know. Regards, Joanna
