“If anybody is apprehensive about buying from tile mountain, just know you should feel completely confident. I bought an initial order of 100 tiles and after recivening them I found that half of them where Broken.
As you can imagine wasn't delighted by this but I emailed the guys at tile mountain, they got back to me the very next morning at 7am on the nose, they give me a few options to choose from.
I went for the replacement option on the faulty tiles and withing 24 hours received the replacements and they was all fine.
