“Lovely tiles, they look great in our new bathroom - we chose Manacor white half tiled walls, along with Manacor blue moon in the shower. Really pleased. I liked that the white tiles aren't brilliant white. I've just knocked a star off due to delivery - initially the delivery wasn't what we ordered, so there was then a small delay in getting the correct order, as well as waiting for the wrong one to be collected. There was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing with the customer service team to get all of this sorted out, which was a bit of a pain, although they were very good and responded very quickly. I think this was just unfortunate and it wouldn't stop me ordering from Tile Mountain again.”
“We chose these particular tiles because of the slightly off-white colour and distinctive but subtle ripple effect. The long thin shape also suited our kitchen layout.
The ordering process worked very well, I allowed the advised 7% over order, which in the end I possibly didn't require, more probably due to the straight, basic way the tiles were put up but never the less this gave me peace of mind that I had enough & also covered a few cutting misdemeanours along the way.
The delivery process was speedy and that also included a change of the delivery date I had to make at the last minute. I just called the number advised, and the delivery day was changed immediately without fuss.
The goods arrived palletised as expected, with no damages/shortages and were dropped off at my door by a very pleasant delivery driver.
I used a light grey grout which matched the tiles very well. The tiles were easy to fit, even on an old unskimmed wall and cleaned easily.
Both my wife and I are very happy with the results and the service received.
