In fact customer service offered next day delivery as well for chipped tiles. Excellent service overall for the purchase until delivery. Tiles installed now and look better than the photos, the tiler was impressed and he took photos to upload on his own website. I was reluctant to buy online as I could not see the tiles before purchase only relying on the website's photo that is why I am uploading my own photos after being installed. They are the best darkest coloured porcelain tiles I could find online within my budget. Overall great service and highly recommend tile mountain and these tiles.”
