“Ordered the light grey Belize Matt porcelain tiles for my bathroom and over half of them came damaged but after informing tile mountain and showing pictures they replaced the damaged tiles free of charge. When the replacement tiles turned up there was a further six tiles damaged which tile mountain also replaced free of charge and also kindly gave me an extra pack of tiles on top to counter any further damages which I was very grateful for. Top marks to tile mountain for their customer service and in resolving the issues I had with the broken tiles. Would definitely recommend tile mountain for tiles as I think the damages was just a batch era and apart from that all the tile are lovely and in perfect condition.”
