“The tiles are very small and so be prepared for the job to take time. That said they look great when completed. What was disappointing was having 8 boxes left over and tile mountain having no returns policy! Very disappointed.”
I'm sorry to hear that you found the tiles smaller than expected and that the excess boxes were disappointing.
We are generally unable to accept the return of leftover boxes as we can move through batches very quickly.
