“Full size tile sample ordered and delivered next day. The sample was well packaged and arrived undamaged. It met with expectations, and with the image on the website. Order placed for the full bathroom refit and the pallet of tiles arrived a couple of days later. Photos of the pallet were supplied to me, as it left the warehouse and it looked exactly the same as it arrived with no external damage at all.
