“I have used Tile Mountain in the past and I saw these tiles and placed an order along with some other items. Website very quick and easy to navigate and use and delivery was very swift. Shame the damage appeared to originated due to packaging of some loose tiles. The items were very well wrapped and was a pain to unwrap (..which is excellent) so the good intentions were there. I went through every tile to inspect (somewhat difficult due to the colour) and Identified a number of damaged tiles. I submitted a claim as per the website and found that procedure very very well thought out and easy to use. I uploaded the amount of requested pictures and press send. That's it. I was notified same day via their system and I suddenly received notification from the courier that the delivery would be the next morning ..and sure enough the replacements were delivered... Albeit on a pallet which was fine. I have a floor and a bathroom and I think I'll be back ordering in no time. A really professional and well thought out portal and the experience was first class. Well done Tile Mountain.”
