“I love the way the tiles look, the builder had no problem putting them up. We used the same tile for floor and wall. The tiles looks so beautiful and definitely worth the wait.”
“The tiles that are good are decent but quite a few in a batch of 30SQM looked like reject tiles from another bad batch, edges were different sizes on some of them so it made things difficult when trying to tile with small gaps as some were bevelled and some square, also the print pattern was very bad on others and we couldn't use those tiles at all. Cant really be bothered to send these back or make a fuss as we were desperate to complete the room, so an honest review will have to do.”
We apologise that there were some issues with the tiles you have received. We do not expect irregularities within the tiles. “Mixed feelings regarding these tiles as specifically purchased tiles that would cover both the floor and wall area of a bathroom (as described on their website). On delivery I noted the boxes of tiles specified ‘FLOOR’ tiles?! They proved to be quite a chore to adhere to walls and were difficult to cut cleanly. Our tiler called Tile Mountain and left various messages to no avail! They look okay but not overly confident they will remain okay!”
We can confirm the tiles are suitable for both walls and floor as advertised online. In regards to the cutting of the tiles, we would recommend this be done with a diamond tip wet wheel cutter that is fully supported.
