“We had 8 boxes of tiles left over , when I asked could we return them as they haven’t been opened and are not damaged I was told no. That that’s not their policy as batch numbers could be different, yet when I mentioned if I needed more would you be able to match the batch and they said yes. So why can’t they refund the tiles left over. Also I understand that when they tell you how many you need they all 10-25% for waste but I had 8 boxes over . I feel I trusted them to give me the correct amount of tiles obviously it was way over and now won’t take them back. I wouldn’t recommend them now for sure after that”

Quality of the tiles is good and the tiles go well with light grey tile grout.”
