We do always advise customers to order samples prior to placing a full order to ensure that the tiles are suitable for your project. We would also advise checking over the order in full prior to starting installation, and notifying us of any problems at this point, in order for us to rectify things accordingly. We are sorry, however. of you were unaware of this until now.

We also required extra tiles following our original in store order and on ordering online the order stated it may be a different batch meaning there could be a difference in colour and pattern etc so to contact the team to see if the same batch could be ordered. A quick email later and this was all sorted quick and efficiently.
