“Fab tiles, quick delivery and although initially the order was slightly worng, Kaz in the custimer service team rectified this within a couple of minutes on the phone. Couldn't be happier with the finish in our garden. More teams should be more like you... quick, easy and very poirffessional.”
“I've used Tile Mountain in the course of my job so when it came to my own garden project, I immediately checked their website. I ordered 3 x samples (free!) which were delivered within a couple of days, well packaged to avoid damage.
The Bellevue Ivory Stone effect tile was one of the samples. This tile is a light beige with a slight mottled pattern making it neutral without being boring! It has a smooth surface but does not feel as if it would be slippery. It compliments the stone chippings I am using alongside the tiles. The ability to order a sample of a sufficient size (10cm x 10cm / 4" x 4") prior to making a full order has helped me narrow my choices to 2 - decision pending!”
“Right from ordering samples to ordering and delivery Tile Mountain have been well organised and helpful. Other companies we tried charged us for samples and either didn’t deliver or delivered the same ones twice. Tile Mountain stood out as efficient and wanted our business. When one pack of our tiles were broken on opening they sent replacements after filling in a straightforward online form. Thank you to all at Tile Mountain”
