“I recently installed the Variety Smoked Oak Pure+ Laminate Flooring (8mm) and have been really pleased with it.
The smoked oak finish looks great, with a warm, natural tone that works well with both modern and more classic interiors. It gives the room a high-end feel without the cost of real wood.
Installation was straightforward thanks to the click system, which felt solid and easy to work with as a DIY job. The boards fit together neatly, and the overall finish looks clean and professional.
It also feels durable underfoot and holds up well to everyday use. On top of that, it is easy to clean and does not show dust too easily.
Overall, it is excellent value for money and a great choice if you want a stylish, practical laminate floor.”
“So my order wasn't in stock when I ordered it but I needed the same flooring for an unfinished room, and after an extremely long wait (4 months) for my flooring, I spoke to tile mountain to chase it up and raise my frustrations at still waiting. They apologized and the flooring was then delivered the next day, AND they refunded me my delivery charge!
Top notch customer service and venue happy with the flooring, highly recommend this company but just be prepared to be patient if what you need is out of stock.”
We are very sorry to see that you are experiencing some issues with your flooring. This is never something that we would want, so we have reached out to you to assist further with this.
Regards,
Joanna
