“The tiles seem very good quality. Nice and thick. I took a day off work to wait in for delivery, as they stated it would be from 8am to 8pm. They messaged me in the middle of the day to tell me that the delivery had been delayed and I would get delivery the following day. Another day off work then. The tiles were neatly packed on pallets and the delivery driver was really nice. However, the cardboard tile packaging had all stuck together, so it took me a long time to separate them all and I had to take the tiles out off the damaged packaging and carry them inside without the packaging. A bit of a nuisance really”
“The dispatch was very quick and the delivery arrived exactly on time, with a very helpful driver, who took the pallet to where we needed it. The tiles are great value, really nicely made and the larger size makes the very easy to fit - all in all, a great service at a great price, so highly recommended.”

“Tjey are very quick and efficient but if you do not buy enogh to qualify for free delivery (I think it was around £300) u have to pay £30 for delivery. Otherwise they are great.”
