“Sent away for 3 samples of tile to check the colour matched after viewing them in the store. They arrived the very nice day! We selected the tile and ordered them at the store after confirming our measurements were correct etc. The tiles were delivered promptly to the store and we collected them. It was only after 3 days that we realised we were a tile short, this was rectified immediately. The this is a lovely tile for our porch floor (not done yet!) and we can’t wait to see the finished floor. It is a good strong but not overpowering pattern.”
“If you want the tiles exactly as shown in the photo of the hallway, these are not for you. Tile Mountain are advertising Laura Ashley tiles and you will get a very disappointing copy that are not the same size, pattern or colour of this photo. This is in breach of trading standards but they have still not removed the photo. After numerous emails, they did collect the tiles and refund in full.”

We do not believe there to be an issue with the tiles themselves or the way that they are advertised; however, we do understand that you are unhappy and can only apologise for this.
