The delivery date and time is constantly updated via text and the delivery personnel have been polite and helpful with a phone call 30 minutes ahead of drop off. The product quality against price is excellent and commented on also by our very experienced tiler . So overall very good quality, competitive pricing and excellent overall service which was faultless.
