“Tiles arrived but 8 of them were broken, chipped or cracked. When I contacted Tile Mountain their customer service was excellent & they arranged for new tiles to be delivered the next day. Tiles have now been fitted & look beautiful”

The replacements weren't from the same batch but they seem to have worked, probably because cream is not as difficult to match as darker colours would have been. Used on floor and walls in the bathroom. The polished surface captures and makes the most of the limited natural daylight. Thanks to Rabia and Samantha who organised the replacements and kept me updated on progress.”
