“I have, recently, purchased a full wall tile to check its suitability for my bathroom renovation project. Two days later, I received via DHL the requested tile. The issue was that it was not reflecting the image that was published in the"Tile Mountain" website. I called customer service who requested a photo of the received tile for checking purposes. The next day, I received an email from Tile Mountain acknowledging that they sent me the wrong one and proposed to rectify the situation by sending me the one that I have requested free of charge. The next day, the right tile arrived via DHL. This is what I call a good customer service.”
