“Tiles are very smart and good quality, the only issue is in delivery, ridicolously heavy and left by our back gate, need to do a better delivery service , even if it is charged.”
“Unfortunately many tiles were damaged on delivery. The first delivery had 9 damaged tiles. The 2nd delivery - to replace the broken ones - contained some of the wrong tiles and out of the 9 tiles delivered - 7 were damaged. Today we received the third delivery of tiles - and 4 of these were damaged. While they do replace the tiles - the problem is the delay that is caused for the tiling contractor and the inevitable delays in the project.”
