The odour is from the packaging and due to the pesticides and other treatments used in the shipping containers to protect the tiles during transit. We understand this can be unpleasant and apologise for any inconvenience. Rest assured, this odour should dissipate quickly with ventilation.
“We went to Tile Mluntain in Stockport and the staff couldn’t have been frendlier.
We had gone in with our measurements but didn’t have any idea what we actually wanted. So both guys talked us through all the different tile types, the trims, the sizes etc.
We then went to a competitor shop just to compare pricing, options and service. We were not impressed with these options and price so we went straight back to Tile Mountain to confirm our order there.
Another benefit to these guys was they weren’t pushy about getting the sale that day and emailed everything to us so we could then place the order in our own time. So many shops now are very pushy so this was a refreshing change!
They also were extremely flexible on the delivery date which was brilliant for not having the tiles sat around before the job started.
Tiles have a huge wow factor and I cannot recommend tile mountain enough.”
