“We haven't even had our floor put down yet or opened a box of the tiles but the company that delivered the pallet of tiles just complained that they had our delivery added to their round and then just dumped the tiles in the road when there was plenty of room for the pallet to be placed within our house boundaries.
Due to the tiles being dumped in the road my husband has then had to move then tiles box by box to clear the road.
You need to sort your delivery company out! Not our problem that the drivers round was extended but we have been made to suffer for it!”
