Like the color. 2 tiles cracked on delivery but replaced promptly and it was very easy service. But tiles itself have slight bend on the ends making joint slightly higher.

We’re glad to hear you liked the colour and that our replacement service met your expectations. However, we regret to learn about the slight bend in the tiles affecting the joint. This feedback is valuable, and we will certainly look into it to prevent similar issues in the future. If you can please send some images showing this to customer.service@tilemountain.co.uk, we can look into that for you as a matter of urgency, to see how we can assist further. Regards, Joanna

Ordered 1 whole tire to ensure these are definitely the ones we want to purchase. We are pleased with this tile so will be ordering the required amount for the whole of the downstairs. This tile is lovely and thick. Much ticket that some of the other samples we had.

I ordered 6 samples of different oak-like tiles to tile the floor of our utility area, adjacent to a kitchen with an oak floor. The quality, tone, texture and design of these tiles was lovely. Any of the 6 would have been a good choice and we have been able to select the one which has the best colour match to our existing flooring.

Colour is fantastic and looks great with City stone Grey. Really good quality and feel with some texture but not too much. Easy to clean and good for the bathroom as it doesn’t slip.
