“We got these types for the bathroom. While they look good, we hadn't noticed that the pattern makes them look "permanently dirty" in places. Notice that they are not all the same, we only saw one in the showroom that looked almost cream, didn't realize that the others would have this "cloudy" look to them. Still ok just not as good as I had hoped.”

We do always advise dry-laying the tiles prior to using adhesive to secure them to the floor, as this will allow customers to check that they are happy with the tiles prior to installation. We are more limited in what we can do to assist once an order has been installed, though we do always try to help in any way we can. “Ordered tiles for kitchen. Arrived next day. One box was broken so immediately notified tile mountain. Was given the option to get replacement tiles or 50% refund on the box if I could use the chipped ones. Went for a new box which arrived next day.
Excellent service. Would recommend.”
