“I ordered these pocelien tiles which were perfect. I found out later that the pack had one pack with broken. I spoke to customer services and they sent a new pack out the following day. Later on I found out i was short of tiles then I ordered more tiles and they also arrived the following day, they also matched the batch as well. I must say product was very good and the service was spot on.”
