“None of the tiles measure same, their level is out they aren’t flush on the surface, their edges and corners are steep, they are cut vertically straight and cherry on the cake 5 boxes of tiles arrived broken. All these reviews of fantastic product seems to me as fake. Fuming right now as I paid for them to be installed on long bank holiday weekend and I had to make a decision either to fight for compensation and delay my renovation project by another week or carry on with what I had and I chose to save time and energy and went with later. Don’t buy from them save your hard earned money please !!”
We understand your frustration and disappointment with the tiles. It's disheartening to hear about the inconsistencies in size, level, and edge quality, as well as the broken boxes, and would certainly want to look into this further for you.
The tiles ordered are not rectified, and so can vary slightly in terms of size, etc, within a batch - we are sorry, however, that they have fallen short of your expectations.

“Showroom experience was great. Delivery not so much. Received half the delivery I expected at 7pm. Way too late. Had to call up to enquire about the other half of delivery. Delivered 3 days later. Delayed the job and lost time and money. I won't be using them again.”
