“We ordered 46m² of tiles and the whole experience has been a nightmare. The size on the boxes didn’t match what arrived, so we had to order more. Some tiles turned up broken and needed replacing. To make things worse, we ended up with three different batches, which caused absolute chaos for our tiler.
Even once we finally had enough from the same batch, the tiles didn’t line up properly. Being told “sizes may vary” after spending so much money is just unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a stressful and costly mess.
I would not recommend buying tiles from here if you expect consistency and quality.”
I am very sorry to see that this has happened and for any inconvenience and frustration. This is never what we would want for our customers, so I have referred this over to the showroom area manager, who will be in touch to discuss this further.
