“Tiler went to use the tiles, there was some chipped, fortunately we had ordered extra
and there was some he managed to use by cutting them and using them for infill areas.
Packaging would have maybe benefited from rigid triangles put round the corners for protection.
I could not unwrap at time of delivery as weather was bad and job was not starting until the following
week and tiles was not the first job. The package was going to be stored outside until required we did
cover with a tarpaulin to keep rain off them, was a bit sadden when we opened and some damages.”

We always encourage customers to notify us of any damage as soon as this is found, even if outside of our damage claim period, because we do always try to help in any way we can.
