“The tiles themselves are very nice. But the stated size was a 10mm thickness but the actual thickness was 12mm. Which meant the 12mm tile trim I ordered was too small and 14mm is basically impossible to find. Something to keep in mind when ordering these tiles.”
Tiles are made in batches, and due to how they are made, can vary slightly in terms of shade or calibration from batch to batch. This variance does seem to be within tolerance. However, I am very sorry if the tiles were not as expected and if this caused you any inconvenience.

“Absolutely stunning tiles! Loved these tiles as they have a warmer dark brown/ black tone rather than the grey I have seen from other suppliers. I paired with Matt white ceramic tiles for the other walls and herringbone oak and the room looks so bright and warm at the same time.
The first lot of tiles came broken but were replaced with next day delivery. The only problem was they were left out on the road as the driver couldn’t deliver up a curb. As these are large tiles this caused me an issue. My tiler used less than I have purchased but I can’t return them which is why I have marked down- what otherwise would have been 5 stars”
