“This is my first experience ordering from this company. I discovered that the tiles matched their online description accurately (phew!). The company maintained excellent communication, updating me from dispatch to delivery. However, I deducted one star due to challenges encountered by the tiler with the herringbone style, attributed to slight variations in tile sizes. Additionally, I observed that the tiles went on sale shortly after I placed my order. Despite these observations, I would still recommend Tile Mountain to my family and friends.”
