“Whilst the customer service is great, the packaging of the tiles was poor. Out of 21 boxes of over 200 tiles, 4 boxes worth, (52 tiles), were chipped and mainly unusable. Customer services were quick to replace but can’t help but think packaging needs to be better in the first place from the manufacturer.”
“Tile Mountain had everything I needed to complete my Bathroom, the split face tiles look great, a few were broken / chipped on delivery, one phone call and these were replaced the following day. The help I got from the team in Liverpool building my basket was second to none. I bought everything including the 3 different tiles, adhesive, grout and trims. I would definitely use them again :-)”
