“Ordered 66 large floor tiles. Reasonable price. They arrived the next day by a pallet truck. 960kg is a lot of weight on one weak pallet, but the driver was careful and took his time to offload them. As was going through them one by one to check for breakages I started to notice cracks in the glazing. Altogether there were 16 tiles that were faulty. Three due to transit damage and the rest down to lack of quality control in production. Tile Mountain resolved the issue with a combination of 50% money return on 10 and replaced 6 at my request. So no complaints there.
Just the time spent in careful checking and photographing and emailing etc.
