“Order # 51753742 12 Nov. I want to recognise the help I received from a male staff member (from Yorkshire!), working at the Stoke branch. I didn't get his name but he was extremely helpful in securing me some extra tiles when I needed more at short notice. He was kind and helpful when I was in a panic and accurate with the info I needed. He even offered me a cuppa when I turned up frazzled after a long journey to collect, and had the tiles on a trolley ready to have loaded into my car. He really did everything to make my difficult situation as pain free as he could and I'm very grateful. I just wished I'd asked his name but I turned up at 5.55pm on Nov 12 to collect the order above. I hope he can identify himself. Thank you.”
