“Here’s a polished review you could post:
I had an excellent experience with Tile Mountain from the moment I placed my order through to the delivery.
Louise at the Bathroom Mountain store provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole ordering process smooth and stress-free.
The delivery drivers were equally impressive—polite, helpful, and courteous. They handled the delivery professionally and ensured everything arrived safely.
From start to finish, the service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning for future purchases and would happily recommend Tile Mountain to my friends and family. Thank you to everyone involved for such a fantastic customer experience!”

“Really quick service and lovely tile and a decent sized sample, just waiting for plumber to finish so that I can place my order, and I liked the tile so much that I’m doing the little toilet too!!”
