“all wrapped really well and no broken tiles. although i would point out that to complain about breakages they dont want you to open the outside packing, so how would you know there is a breakage inside? would the claim be invalidated as you have opened the packaging to then find a broken tile? also they want breakages reported within 24 hours but maybe the tiler is not going to be there within 24 hours to open all the boxes to check??”
