“The tiles look lovely, and ordering and delivery were smooth. We’re very pleased with how they look in our garden. Unfortunately, there was no option to exchange a few unused tiles for the ones needed to complete the design, so we had to place another order and now have some excess tiles in storage. An exchange option would have made the experience even better.”

3* because delivery was booked for 12 hour delivery window, and just didn’t turn up and took for me to ring 3 times the following morning to enquire what had happened and whether they’d be delivered the following day. Apparently they’ll add the comment premises closed on the delivery tracking and that means “the drivers probably run out of delivery hours” but neither company will ring the customer to explain. Causes unnecessary stress when you’ve builders on site waiting etc. really simple fix hopefully they’ll action.”
