“Ordering and delivery was very efficient, delivery was packaged on a pallet no visible signs of damage apart from cardboard boxes split on corners, did discover two tiles with corners cracked off lost these with cuts .
Struggled to get these level and even despite using tile leveling kit ,thats when I noticed the flaw in most if not all the tiles, looks like a manufacturing fault wished I had noticed before I started laying ,tiles are deformed on one end and no amount of leveling was going to cure this.
Not pleased and disappointed with finished floor and in the lack of quality control ,if any.
So I would not recommend these tiles for this reason”

“Lovely tile, just going down today! One observation by the tiler was that the tiles are not 100% straight with curves or bows in the middle. Stated that you have to be careful when spacing as the imperfection can throw your sight lines and square off.”
