“Ordered the indoor version by mistake upon a recommendation on the website… I had already paid to have them delivered once, they wanted me to pay again to have them collected, double the charge of the delivery, and then charge me again to re-deliver the correct ones… As a good gesture they could have at least delivered the outdoor version for me, especially as if I had ordered the correct ones in the first place the delivery charge would’ve been free. Customers make mistakes, especially when the retailers website is making suggestions and we aren’t all completely educated on different types of tiles, just a little bit of help and kindness would have gone a long way, but no they didn’t even offer to waiver the £30 redelivery charge on top of everything else it had cost me so I will never use this company again. So many friends and families really shocked at that terrible poor service considering the services that other competitors now use these days.”
