“What beautiful large format tiles and so easy to work with. Looks more expensive than they are and giving spa vibes. The ease of the whole transaction was so pleasant. One of our pallets was damaged on delivery but this was so easily replaced. I was even offered a discount if I didn’t need the extra but I did so this was sent out the next day. They were also several follow up emails to check if i received my delivery on time. Thank you for the amazing customer service.”
“This review is for the Phoenix Beige Stone Effect Anti Slip Porcelain Tile, which is the one we bought, to the advertised in the title.
The Phoenix Beige Stone Effect Anti Slip Porcelain Tile look great, lovely colour more on the yellow side than beige. However the builder had a hard time fitting them as they weren't straight, believe it's something usual for large tiles though. A part of that, great price, fast delivery and good customer service. I would absolutely buy tiles again from Tiles Mountain!”
“The whole process from ordering to delivery was very easy. We were sent samples to choose from and were able to select a delivery date. The tiles arrived early in the morning. They are v good quality and an excellent price. Out of 84 tiles,7 were chipped slightly. We had the choice of replacements or half the cost refunded. All very easy. We live our new patio area which will house a summer house, shed and hot tub!”
“we ordered a sample tile. While it was not what we needed, it arrived quickly, and was nicely packed so that not damnaged. It'd be nice to be bale to return samples that are not suitable- instead, we just had to dispose of it.”
“After visiting several tile showrooms our bathroom fitter recommended Tile Mountain. The selection was wider than any we'd seen. The customer service was great too. The staff were very helpful directing us to different displays and working out how many we'd need. A couple of the tiles arrived broken from the delivery company but the process of reporting and being resent replacement tiles worked well, and they were sent straight away.”
“I love these tiles, they are great quality and just look amazing. Love the colour. I cannot fault the customer service either. They were just great with helping me out when I didn’t order enough tiles!! I would definitely recommend.”
