“The tile arrived damaged, which is highly disappointing. It represents a waste of both time and financial resources. Your focus should be solely on proper packaging and not seating arrangements in the office. The service provided was entirely unprofessional; it is regrettable that I am unable to complete the job before Christmas, and this delay incurs additional costs. Regrettably, it appears there is a lack of concern regarding these issues. Furthermore, please refrain from suggesting that you understand my frustration, as such remarks only exacerbate the situation.”
I am very sorry to see that you are unhappy with the delivery.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the goods being transported, we can sometimes experience damages to orders. This is not a common occurence, as we do use a professional and specialist delivery service for our tiles; however, damage is not always avoidable, and we do genuinely regret that this has happened in this instance.
I have asked the showroom to contact you as a matter of urgency to discuss this and to resolve this with you.
Regards,
Joanna
“Not good, easy to leave rubber marks on it. If your kids play with some toys, expecting some dirty marks around, my cleaner robot also leave mark on the tiles. Very annoying as need to clean and clean on top of the clean ti removing marks. Never again.”
I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the tiles and that marks are a problem.
If you’d like, we can look into options that might be more suitable for a smoother surface, or suggest cleaning guidance to help reduce marking. Please email some images of the tiles over our team at customer.service@tilemountain.co.uk and we’ll assist further.

Joanna
“Colony White Stone Effect - what a gorgeous floor tile from Tile Mountain.
This is a truly lovely anti-slip floor file that goes so well with my Bercy wall tiles.
This is dramatically big.
We set this off with a Sand colour grout. Well done Tile Miuntaiin”
“We wanted a floor tile that went with the Bercy Sand wall tiles we bought and this tile certainly did the trick and looks amazing. Our installers said this was easy to lay and agreed it looked great. We chose a MAPEI sand coloured grout that also looks amazing”
