“I’m absolutely gutted and besides myself. I wish I had checked these tiles indoors, not when they were delivered outside my house in the bright light. They did not match the ceramic wall tiles.
Tile Mountain to deal with are good and staff are lovely.
Just don’t buy these tiles if you want them to match the colony tiles for the walls. The wall tiles are a greyish stone effect, whereas the floor tiles are a beige stone effect. My biggest regret in my whole house renovation. Will have to live with it now as I was not home when installed and the bathroom fitters had already been.”

The Colony wall tiles are designed to complement the Colony floor tiles, but as they are produced separately, we cannot guarantee that they will match exactly.
We do always advise customers to check their order over thoroughly prior to installation, as we are more limited in what we can do to assist once the tiles have been fixed.
We do appreciate, however, that you are unhappy with the finished look, and can only apologise again for this.
