I am very sorry to see that you are so unhappy with the tiles.
We would never advise installing tiles if you are unhappy with them, as once they are fitted, we are more limited in how we can assist. We do always try to help our customers as best we can, however, so if you can please send some images of the tiles to customer.service@tilemountain.co.uk, we will have a look to see what we can do to assist.
