“Even though I didn't unload my pallet months after delivery, when it came to using them a lot of the tiles were cracked at the bottom of the stack. They were only 6mm so more delicate than usual. Tile Mountain sent me replacements FOC, I just paid carriage. I thought that was very decent, and so thankful to have positive service when juggling a huge renovation
