“I had an excellent experience with the Tile Mountain Birmingham showroom. The team provided outstanding service and genuinely couldn’t have done more to help resolve a delivery problem I had. They were professional, attentive, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted.
I also visited the main showroom, which was very impressive. The range and presentation were exceptional, and it’s clear the company takes pride in both their products and customer service.
Overall, an exceptional company with fantastic staff. Highly recommended.”
“Beautiful tile - not in place yet but have laid enough of them on the floor to get an impression. Delivered promptly and minor issue sorted very promptly.
Overall - wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again”
