“I'm pleased with the tiles I purchased but I don't understand why, unlike any other store, returns cannot be done. One box of tiles was not used eventually and I wanted to return that but was told 'it is not accepted to return part of the order'. This makes it very unconvenient. While in evry other store you are allowed to return any full box of tiles if unopened.”
I am very sorry to see that you are unhappy with our returns policy.
We do advise that we are unable to accept the return of leftover boxes as, generally, we are unable to resell them - this is because we can move through batches very quickly. However, we never like to leave a customer unhappy, so a member of our customer service team will be in touch as soon as possible to see if there is any way we can assist with this.

“I absolutely love my new kitchen tiles. They look much more expensive than what they are. Looks beautiful with my dove grey cabinets. My tiler had hardly any wastage. I was a box short and when I ordered online I was asked to call the company as I had purchased them before and the batch numbers might be different. I contacted them and the customer service was fantastic and they made sure I got a box with the same batch number. I would highly recommend the tiles and this company.”
