“Good quality tiles and easy to order online. Customer support was helpful once contacted. However, the delivery was poor—left two blocks away, and as the tiles are heavy, I had to make multiple trips to collect them. The delivery notification system didn’t work, and I had to send an extra email complaint to get a response. Also, one tile was missing and three arrived with chipped corners. Great product overall, but delivery, quality checks, and communication need improvement.”
