“Almost finished my timing project I started in Nov 25 - thing is, i run out of tiles and the website said discontinued / none in stock. I phoned this lovely lady in customer services and she couldn’t do enough. She got the warehouse checked and said they found 5 boxes (2 tiles per box). Picked them up from MK branch only a few days later. Brilliant customer service and that has secure my futile business for the future! Great job!!”
