“The missing star was due to Tile mountain being let down by their courier company, first damaging a full pallet of tiles and then very poor communication on pick up and delivery with three wasted days waiting for collection and delivery.
However the customer service advisor Sam went above and beyond in my opinion, responding to my email very rapidly and dealing with my issues very professionally and efficiently, and it is clear by the good will gesture they are very customer focused.
I would definitely recommendy Tile mountain for their service and quality, but would recommend they improve their courier service.”
“It's all in the title but having initailly found these tiles eleswhere, TM gave us a very competative quote. We had a number of questions first and customer services answered quickly and helpfully. Ordering was easy enough. The tiles were delivered and packed well. They were large format and came on two pallets so unsurprisingly one pack, (but remarkably only one), was damaged but replaced within days - no quibble (photo proof on pallet required). The tiles are lovely and just what we wanted. Now just to get someone to lay them! All in all, an excellent experience with no complaints.”
