“Nice tiles. Missed delivery twice, waited in two days running. No 2 hour delivery window call as advised we would get and didn't get a call from store until 5pm to say they will not arrive. Offered refund on delivery but have received nothing.
Shame the product is good but would not use again.”
“Made two separate orders for outdoor porcelain tiling for a new patio / outdoor dining space. We had two damaged corners on the initial order which tile mountain responded to ever so quickly with replacement t tiles delivered one day later at no extra cost. We the. Needed to make an extra order as our original patio design increased and these were delivered promptly and without any damage. Delivery drivers were always friendly and supportive. Tiling looks absolutely stunning were massively pleased with the finished look. I would not hesitate to use tile mountain again in the future”
