“Ordered and delivered quickly. Some broken but easy to advise and replace. The replacement tiles arrived quickly - all smashed. Shop took charge (no problem and apology). Replacement replacement arrived this morning (at 07.05!).
All OK. Just waiting for the next batch to arrive.

“I ended up ordering these tiles for my new bathroom, and luckily I managed to order enough, but two of the boxes were damaged whilst in transit. I asked if I could refund these, and I had insufficent photos/images to provide them with to warrant a refund on these damaged products. I told them I couldn't do anything as my plumber didn't have any further pictures to upload on the portal in support of my claim. Lovely Rabia in customer services, did a really kind gesture to refund 50% of those tiles that were damaged. It was so unexpected, but also a lovely touch! Thanks again. I would really recommend using Tile Mountain for your new tiles and they were pretty quick at delivering them to your front door aswell!”
