“Be careful of delivery drivers 6 tiles were broken at the bottom of the pallet and store staff didn’t offer replacement or refund as had to buy another box - customer service not good”
“Really pleased with these tiles in a small downstairs toilet. Delivered quickly and all as per committment on the website. Good service all round and regular order updates.”
“Like the tile but caused a real problem as decor tile in same family was not the same size. We checked in store that the size was the same as we were doing an accent strip. Were assured they were the same size but were actually 4mm larger both in height and width. Not such a problem with one tile but once your 6 high there's a 2.4cm misalignment.”
Thank you for your feedback.
We are pleased to hear that you liked the tile, however we are sorry to hear about the sizing discrepancy with the décor tile. We understand how important accuracy is, particularly when creating features such as an accent strip, and how this would have impacted your project.
We will be reaching out to you directly to review this further and see how we can assist.
If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best wishes,
The Tile Mountain Team
